摘要

放射源植入人体后在组织中的剂量分布将决定疗效。因此

确定源的剂量分布十分重要。短程治疗源I-125因其能量低

半衰期短

植入组织和淋巴系统区

持续性放疗

在5～10个半衰期后放射性即消失

目前在临床肿瘤治疗中得到广泛应用。文章介绍了I-125源的特点

并用MC1NP程序对其在水模中的剂量分布情况进行模拟

模拟结果用origin软件得出归一化沉积能分布图;针对6711型I-125短程治疗源采用蒙特卡罗方法模拟计算剂量分布情况

且与AAPMTG43U1推荐的剂量估算公式的计算结果进行了比较。

Abstract

The dose distribution after the implantation of radioactive sources in the human body is very important of its effectness.Therefore

the source identified the importance of the dose distribution.Short-term source of I-125 because of their low-energy

short half-life

and implantation of the lymphatic system

continuity of radiotherapy

in 5 to 10 after the radioactive half-life that is disappearing

nowin clinical cancer therapy is widely used.In this paper

6711-I-125 short-range source of Monte Carlo simulation of a dose distribution was provided which was compared to the results by AAPMTG43U1 recommended dose calculation formula.The paper briefly introduced I-125 source of the characteristics

MCNP and procedures used in its water-dose distribution in the simulation

then the results come with software to the origin of the deposition to a distribution was given.
