摘要

金属塑性成形不仅能够成形形状复杂的零件

而且还能改变零件内部的力学性能

减少后续的机加工工作量

从而降低产品的制造成本

在制造业中得到了广泛的应用

在国民经济中具有重要的作用。本文分析了金属材料的挤压成形加工工艺原理及技术

并以套筒扳手的成形为实例

详细阐述了金属材料成形的工艺性分析、工艺方案选择、工序设计、温挤压力的计算、压力机的选择以及模具结构的设计等。

Abstract

Metal forming can not only form complicated shapes

but also promoting mechanical properties by utilizing the plasticity of metal materials.It can decrease the product the production cost by reducing the subsequent machining work.Metal forming which plays a great role in national economy is widely used in industries.The article analyze the processing craft principle and the technology of metal material extrusion forming by taking the sleeve spanner forming as the example.Then it elaborates technique analysis of metal material forming

the choice of craft plan

the working procedure design

the warm extrusion pressure computation

the press choice and the mold structure design etc.
