It is necessary that Inland provinces build new power energy structure and develop nuclear power.The paper first briefly accounts for the necessity and research background

then puting forward five crucial problems:environment

fund

technology

talent and idea which are used to frame the theory mode so as to promote the development of our country inland province nuclear power stations.
