变频调速技术以其显著的节能效果及优质无级平滑调速

高精度地控制工艺参数等优点

在石油化工企业普遍推广使用。阐述了增设变频调速器的一般原则

通过对如何保证以变频调节器为核心组成的新工艺控制系统

在尽可能不改变原来的操作习惯的前提下实现原定的控制目标等问题进行分析

并得出了结论

Abstract

The technology of frequency converting for speed control has been widely used with outstanding energy

aving effect and premium stepless speed regulating smoothly and process parameters of high accuracy control. The general principle was expounded that the frequency converter for speed control was added in continuous petrochemical production process. The problem was solved how to assure that the original control object was attained on the premise of changing the original operating manner as little as possible

in the new process control system with the frequency converter as core.
