Research on Ice Cover Disaster Warning of Overhead Transmission Lines Based on Digital Twin
The lack of timely acquisition of ice cover disaster warning data and limited monitoring range make it difficult to obtain accurate ice cover prediction results
resulting in poor disaster warning effectiveness. Therefore
a digital twin based method for early warning of icing disasters on overhead transmission lines is studied. This method first uses perception devices in the perception layer to collect data on the thickness of ice cover on overhead transmission lines
environmental temperature and humidity
etc. After parsing these data based on the IoT layer
they are transmitted to the digital twin layer. The digital twin layer integrates geographic information and perceptual data to construct a digital twin model of overhead transmission lines. Then
the AdaBoost algorithm is used to identify icing risks and label key warning samples. Based on the identification results of icing risk
combined with the three-dimensional model of overhead transmission lines and the physical mechanism of icing sag
simulate the evolution process of icing disasters. Using interactive layers to visualize three-dimensional scenes of ice cover distribution and evolution; Meanwhile
disaster response measures are executed through the physical entity control module of the IoT layer to enhance disaster prevention efficiency. Finally
the progressiveness of the proposed method is verified by experiments. The experimental results show that the critical success index of the method for the early warning of icing disasters on overhead transmission lines is higher than 0.9
which can accurately locate the risk of icing disasters and achieve risk level refinement. The application effect is good.
