摘要

为解决电网工程中电网信息模型（GIM）数据在全生命周期跨阶段、跨组织共享与应用的难题，该文提出面向全生命周期的电网管理信息模型（iGML）。该模型将电网工程信息细分为实体信息、属性信息和环境信息三个子模型，并定义了各子模型间的关系，能更好地实现全生命周期信息的获取和动态管理。随后，提出了公共数据环境（CDE）的构建方案，CDE主要包括文件存储器、图数据库和iGML数据库，为不同参与单位提供了一个贯通电网工程全生命周期的信息存储、关联、更新和共享的平台。通过变电工程中油浸式变压器复用评估的案例分析可知，从iGML获取的设备全生命周期信息，可为拆旧设备的再利用提供更加丰富详实的数据支持。上述iGML和相应的CDE不仅能提高电网工程全生命周期多源信息集成的能力，还可提升信息共享的效率，为电网行业的数字化转型提供有力支撑。

Abstract

To address the challenges of sharing and utilizing Grid Information Model (GIM) data across different stages and organizations throughout the entire lifecycle of substation projects

this paper proposes an information model of Grid Management for Lifecycle (iGML). The iGML divides power grid project information into three sub-models: entity information

attribute information

and environmental information

and also defines the relationships among these sub-models to better support the acquisition and dynamic management of information throughout the entire lifecycle. Based on the iGML

the construction scheme for a Common Data Environment (CDE) is introduced. It mainly includes a file storage system

a graph database

and an iGML database

providing a platform for information storage

integration

updating

and sharing across the project lifecycle for various stakeholders. A case study involving an oil-immersed transformer demonstrates that the proposed solution can provide more comprehensive and detailed data support for the reuse of decommissioned equipment. The iGML and the corresponding CDE not only improve the integration of information management across the entire life-cycle of power grid projects but also reduce the cost of information sharing

offering strong support for the digital transformation of the power grid industry.
