The development strategy of "21st Century Maritime Silk Ｒoad" in China and "Global Maritime Axis" in Indonesia are closely matched，and the booming energy demand and the poor infrastructure in Indonesia have brought a new round of opportunities for Chinese investment enterprises． According to the analysis results of macroscopic environment of Indonesia power energy construction investment market based on PEST model，the proposed strategies would be advantageous to guide the Chinese enterprises to invest the power energy construction market in Indonesia．
