摘要

平顶山姚孟发电有限责任公司四期2×600MW机组压缩空气系统出现空压机频繁加/卸载现象

分析认为主要是由于吸附干燥器的再生用气量变化引起空压机出口压力波动和干燥器入口处的空气精密过滤器滤芯堵塞造成。通过拆除干燥器出口逆止阀、调宽空压机加/卸载压力范围、更换组合式干燥器入口的空气精密过滤器滤芯等措施

使其得以解决。

Abstract

The loading/unloading phenomena of the air compressor frequently appeared in compressed air system of 2×600 MW units in the fourth-phase project of Pingdingshan Yaomeng Power Generation Co Ltd

it is believed from analysis that the main causes are as follows:air compressor's outlet pressure fluctuation resulting from amount variation of used air for regeneration of the absorption dryer

and cartridge clogging in the precision air filter located at inlet of the said dryer.Through measures

such as removing non-return valve at outlet of the dryer

widening pressure range for loading/unloading the air compressor

and replacing the cartridge of precision air filter at inlet of the combined type dryer

etc.

the above-mentioned problem has been solved.
