介绍尿素热解制氨技术及其在华能北京热电有限责任公司SCR脱硝中的应用情况。半年的运行实践表明

尿素热解制氨系统运行稳定、安全

投运率高

各项指标基本能满足SCR脱硝技术的要求。该技术的不足之处在于氨量输出调节不便

且运行费用较高。

Abstract

The technology of urea pyrolysis to prepare ammonia and its application situation in SCR Denitrification of Huaneng Beijing Thermal Power Co Ltd have been presented.It is clear from operation practice in half one year that the operation of the urea pyrolysis to prepare ammonia system is stable

safe and having high commissioning rate

various indices all are basically satisfying the requirements of SCR denitrification technology

the deficiency is existing in uncovenient regulation of ammonia output from this system

and high operation expensives.
