摘要

我国开发的新型燃烧器种类繁多

这些新型燃烧器大多用于燃煤锅炉的燃烧器改造。从燃烧器的稳燃原理、燃烧产物的停留时间、火焰温度水平、NOx排放等方面分析了几种燃烧器的功能及其局限性。对于燃烧稳定性差的锅炉

通过燃烧器改造来提高锅炉稳燃性能是完全可行的;对于降低飞灰可燃物和NOx排放而言

通过设备改造(锅炉与燃烧器)往往难以获得有效结果

对此

可行的途径是从燃煤入手

或者大幅度地降低煤粉细度

或者采用紧凑型燃尽风(CFOA)和远离型燃尽风(SOFA)等全炉膛分级燃烧技术。

Abstract

The kinds of newly developed burners in china are numerous

these newly developed burners are mainly used for retrofitting burners in coal-fired boilers.From aspects

such as combustion-stabilizing principle

residence time of burning products

flame temperatrure level

and the NOx emission etc.

the functions of several burners and their limitations have been analysed.For boilers with bad statility of combustion

adoption of retrofitting burners to enhance combustion stabilizing performance is fully feasible.So far ao the reduction of unburned combustibles in fly ash and the decrease of NOx emission are concerned

effective results are often difficult to be obtained through retrofitting boilers and burners.For this

the feasible way is to start with the fuel coal

adopting staged combustion technology in the entire furnace

whether to decrease the fineness of pulverized coal by a big margin

or to adopt compact form over-fired air(CFOA) and separated form overfired air(SFOA) etc..
