An operating mode of carrying out start-up and shutdown in each day has been adopted by a two-shift operatonal 9F class gas-steam combined cycle unit

but the maintenance mode at present is still continued to use that of the conventional thermal power units

resulting in poor reliability of the unit's equipments

especially of the auxiliary equipments

and making their maintenance into a passive position.For this

a maintenance management mode taking reliability as the centre has been put forward

an approach to the maintenance strategy of equipments

the maintenance period of them

and the application of detecting technology for equipments' status etc.being made

as well as the repair mode and repair strategy suitable to large-capacity gas turbine's repair and maintenance being suggested.
