摘要

以华润登封电厂一期2×300 MW机组为例

分析热控系统安装、调试过程中遇到的设备接口、设备与现场要求不一致、安装不当、电源设计及接线图错误等典型问题

认为其主要是由于设计与制造厂供货不一致、定货与供货不一致、设计错误或设备选型不当等原因造成。对此

给出了具体的技术处理措施和建议。

Abstract

Analysis are made on the problems encountered by Huarun Denfeng power plant in its 2 X 300 MW units thermal control system installation and commissioning tests

such as different equipment interface from the on-site requirements

improper installation

faults in power supply design and wiring diagrams.It is pointed out that these problems were caused by disagreement between equipment design and requirements

difference between order and supply

improper design and equipment type selection.Finally some solutions to these problems are given.
