摘要

随着城市污水处理量的增大

污泥的产量也在增加。在污泥焚烧处理过程中

焚烧炉是关键设备

焚烧炉的选择直接影响整个工艺的技术经济性。为此

分析了几种主要污泥焚烧炉型(多层炉排炉、流化床、带式炉、熔融炉、回转窑炉、旋风炉)的特点和应用概况

并给出了焚烧炉型的选择原则。

Abstract

Along with the increase of sewage disposal quantity in urban areas

the amount of sewage sludges is also increasing.In the disposal process of sluge incineration

the incinerators are key equipments

the selection of them directly affects technological and economic efficiency of the whole system.Regarding to this

the features and application situation of several main incinerators for sewage sludges

such as multi-layer grate stocker furnace

CFB combustor

belt-mode furnace

melting furnace

rotary kiln furnace

an cyclone furnace etc.

have been analysed

and the principle for selecting the incinerators being given.
