摘要

针对扬州第二发电有限责任公司(扬州第二发电厂)4×630 MW机组锅炉制粉系统配置的HP型磨煤机排放石子煤量较大的问题

对HP型磨煤机的运行参数、磨煤机出口分离器折向挡板等进行了优化调整

并将HP型磨煤机排放的石子煤重新掺到给煤中送入MPS型磨煤机进行磨制并送入锅炉掺烧

以有效回收石子煤的热量。此举不仅大大提高了燃煤的利用率

降低了全厂的供电煤耗

而且使得HP型磨煤机排放石子煤的限制减弱

对煤种的适应性更广。

Abstract

Directing against the problems of large amount pyrites discharged from HP type coal pulverizer installed in coal pulverizing system of boilers for 4×630 MW units in Yangzhou No.2 Power Generation Co Ltd

the optimization in adjustment of operating parameters for HP type coal pulverizer and of refratory damper for classifier at outlet of the coal puvlerizer etc.has been carried out

and the pyrites discharged from HP type coal pulverizer have been remixed inito coal feeding into MPS type coal pulverizer for ginding and mixedly burning in the boiler

making the heat of pyrites can be effectively recovered.This move not only can greatly enhance the utilization coefficient of fuel coal

decreasing the net coal consumption in whole power plant

and the limitation of pyrites discharged from HP type coal pulverizer being weakened

as well as the adaptability of coal sorts being widened.
