摘要

分析归纳了18个火电厂热工技术监督检查中发现的热工技术监督网络和监督规程制度不健全、机组保护控制存在误动和拒动隐患以及热工控制系统未达到热工技术监督重要考核指标等问题。对此

从建立完善的热工技术监督体系及热工控制系统技术改造等方面提出了提高热工技术监督的实效性、建立健全热工技术监督规程和制度、强化日常巡检、热工仪表的定期抽检以及改进技术提高机组停运后的试验要求的解决措施。

Abstract

The problems discovered in inspection of thermodynamic technological supervision for 18 thermal power plants

such as the thermodynamic techonological supervision network and regulation system being not perfect

some hidden troubles of misoperation and failure to operation existing in units' protection systems

and thermodynamic control systems aren't meeting the assessment norms etc.

have been analysed and summed up.For these

some solving measures have been put forward from aspects of establishing and perfecting the thermodynamic technological supervision system and technological modification in thermodynamic control system etc.

i.e.enhancing actual effectiveness of the thermodynamic technological supervision

establishing and perfecting the thermodynamic technological supervision regulations and systems

strengthening the daily patrol inspection and periodic spot check for the thermal instruments

as well as upgrading the technique for enhancing the test requirement after shutdown of the units etc..
