摘要

介绍M701F型燃气轮机燃烧室压力波动监视系统(CPFM)的原理、系统结构及其联锁保护功能

并通过调整CPFM探头安装力矩、修改报警逻辑、在IPC704前置器上并联电阻以抵制低频噪声干扰等技术改进

使CPFM联锁保护控制功能满足了燃气轮机运行的要求。近两年的实际使用表明

CPFM可较好地监测燃气轮机燃烧状态

提供监控功能。

Abstract

The principle

system structure

and the interlock protective functions of the combustor pressure fluctuation monitoring(CPFM) system for M701F gas turbine have been presented.Through improvement measures

such as adjusting the moment of force for installing the CPFM probe

modifying the alarming logic

and paralelly connecting resistance across IPC704 pre-box to combat interference of low frequency noise

etc.

the interlock functions of CPFM system can satisfy requirements in operation of the gas turbine.Practical application in recent years shows that the CPFM system can better remotely monitor combustion in the gas turbine

providing monitoring protection.
