Abstract

Based on burning properties of Shenhua coal

suitable low xoygen burning mode has been determined.A test of low oxygen burning of Shenhua coal has been carried out on boiler of 600 MW unit no.2 in Taishan Power Plant

results show that the low oxygen burning can enhance the boiler efficiency

and reduce the NOx emission.But

corresponding measures for slagging prevention should be adopted in low oxygen burning of Shenhua coal.
