摘要

大唐洛阳首阳山发电厂(首阳山电厂)300MW机组脱硫系统氧化风机自投运以来轴承温度和出口风温过高

严重影响了脱硫设备的正常运行。对氧化风机辅助系统及风机本体进行试验分析证实

轴承温度和出口温度高是由于风机选型不当所致。经过对工业水系统和氧化风机辅助系统的改造以及风机本体的重新选型

系统运行正常。

Abstract

Since putting the desulphurization system of 300 MW unit in Shouyangshan Power Plant into operation

the bearing temperature and the outlet air temperature of oxidizing air fan are unduly high

seriously affecting the normal operation of desulphurization system.Through test and analysis of the auxiliary system of the oxidizing air fan and the air fan proper

it is believed that the main cause leading to unduly high temperature above-mentioned is improper type selection of the said air fan.Through retrofitting the industrial water system and the auxiliary system of said air fan

as well as renewing the type selection of said air fan

the operation of said system has been normal.
