摘要

对绥中电厂2×800MW机组锅炉掺烧宝日西勒煤后锅炉结焦、锅炉效率、水冷壁、制粉系统、灰渣系统设备等的影响进行试验。结果表明

提高宝日西勒煤掺烧比例后对锅炉主、再热蒸汽温度

过热器与再热器减温水量

排烟温度以及炉内燃烧等均无明显影响;对锅炉水冷壁、磨煤机、除灰渣设备等也无影响。但是

因宝日西勒煤为高水分、高挥发分的褐煤

需要在制粉系统防爆方面采取一定的措施。

Abstract

The influence of mixedly burning Baorixile coal for 2×800 MW units in Suizhong Power Plant upon slagging in boiler

efficiency of boiler

water-wall

and equipments in coal pulverizing system

and in ash-slag handling system etc.has been analysed.Results show that the enhancement of proportioning ratio for mixedly burning Baorixile coal hasn't remarkable influence upon main steam temperature

reheated steam temperature

desuperheating water quantity for superheater and reheater

discharged flue gas temperature

and combustion in the furnace.In addition

it also hasn't bad effect on the water-wall in boiler

as well as on the coal pulverizer and the ash handling equipment etc..But

the Baorixile coal is a lignitous coal with high water content and high volatile matter content

hence

it is necessary to adopt certain mesures in aspect of explosion-proof for coal pulverizing system.
