摘要

对某600MW机组石灰石-石膏湿法脱硫废水的形成以及各种污染物来源做了详细分析。介绍湿法脱硫废水处理系统工艺流程

总结归纳了脱硫废水处理系统在实际运行中出现的问题

通过分析提出相应的改进措施:采用高效废水旋流器

增设初沉池

提高中和池、沉降池、絮凝池搅拌器转速

增设废水调节曝气池机械搅拌器

改造澄清池结构

调整加药量

改善压滤机功能

增加在线检测仪器仪表等。优化改造后

脱硫废水处理系统目前已正常投入并能稳定运行

各项排放指标均符合标准要求。

Abstract

The formation of wastewater and source of various pollutants from the limestone/gypsum wet desulphurization of 600 MW unit in one power plant have been analysed in detail

the technological process of wastewater treatment system for wet desulphurization being presented

and the problems existing in practical operation of the wastewater treatment system being summarized up and concluded.Through analysis

the corresponding retrofit measures have been put forward as in the following:adopting the highly effective swirler;installing additionallty the presettling tank;increasing revolution speed of agitator in the neutralization basin

the settling basin

and the flocculation basin;installing additionally mechanical agitator in the aerating basin for wastewater regulation;retrofitting structure of the clarification basin;adjusting the dosage to improve function of the press-filter;as well as increasing the number of detecting instruments ets..After the optimized retrofitting

the wastewater treatment system for desulphurization has been in normal and stable operation at present

all indices of discharges tally well with the standard.
