摘要

汽轮发电机组轴系预平衡方法是基于对机组振动历史和特征的分析

以及检修或安装对轴系平衡状况的影响进行预评估

在机组起动前对轴系进行预加配重

以提高机组的现场动平衡效率

减少机组的起动次数。实际验证结果表明

此方法适用于机组临界转速的动平衡、弯曲转子的平衡补偿、汽轮机叶片或围带断裂修复后引起的不平衡质量的消除等。

Abstract

In order to improve the efficiency of dynamic balance and reduce the number of startup

pre-balancing method of shaft system for turbo-generator unit was proposed.Based on the history and characteristics of the unit vibration

shis method pre-evaluated the influence of factors such as maintenance and installation

on the vibration condition of shaft system

and pre-weighed the shaft system before the unit starting.Validation of the pre-balancing method of shaft system was done on a 600 MW unit.Results show that

this method is applicable to the dynamic balance of vibration with critical speed

to the balance compensation of bended rotor

and to the elimination of unbalance mass caused by fracture repair of turbine blade or shroud ring.
