摘要

对垃圾焚烧发电厂厂级、机组级、设备级的性能指标计算方法进行了研究

介绍了实时数据的主蒸汽流量分配、垃圾热值计算、热耗计算及数据异常处理等

给出了垃圾焚烧发电厂锅炉、汽轮机、凝汽器、辅机等设备性能的实时计算方法。通过12 MW机组和24MW机组的实时性能计算验证了该性能计算方法的可行性和准确性。

Abstract

Calculation methods of performance index on plant-level

unit-level and device-level in a garbage power plant were investigated.For real-time data

the main steam flow distribution

waste thermal value calculation

and the abnormal data processing were introduced.Moreover

real-time calculation methods of the performance of such equipments as boiler

turbine

condenser and auxiliaries for the garbage power plant were given.The feasibility and accuracy of this method was verified by real-time performance calculation of the 12 MW unit and 24 MW unit.
