摘要

选择性催化还原(SCR)技术的催化剂活性K是体现催化反应系统传质和化学反应速率的综合性特征值

它不仅与催化剂材料组分有关

而且与其几何结构以及应用中的流动条件等因素相关。K作为评价催化剂性能的重要指标

已广泛应用于催化剂产品质量认证及运行中催化剂的剩余活性评估中。催化剂活性测量装置主要有中试装置和小试装置2种。在催化剂质量认证及评价中均需要使用催化剂活性K的绝对值

因此K必须采用中试装置测量。SCR反应器潜能P是评价SCR装置性能的综合性指标

定期测量P值

追踪其变化趋势对SCR装置的经济运行大有裨益。

Abstract

The definition

measurement method and engineering application of the SCR catalyst activity K were presented.The SCR catalyst activity K is a comprehensive characteristic value reflecting the mass transfer and chemical reaction rate of the catalytic reaction system.It is not only related to the catalyst component

but also has something to do with the catalyst geometry and the flow condition and other factors.As an important indicator evaluating the catalyst performance

the K has been widely used in catalyst product quality certification and residual activity assessment.There are mainly two kinds of equipment for catalyst activity measurement

pilot-plant scale and small scale device.In catalyst quality certification and evaluation

the absolute value of K is needed

so the K must be measured by pilot-plant scale device.The potential P of SCR reactor is a comprehensive indicator evaluating the performance of SCR device.Regularly measuring the P's value and tracing its changing trend has great help for the economic operation of SCR device.
