摘要

针对陕西国华锦界能源有限责任公司4×600MW亚临界空冷机组凝结水系统存在的凝结水母管压力波动大、凝结水再循环管道容量与凝结水流量变化幅度之间设备不匹配等问题

提出了凝结水泵变频改造等解决方案

实施后消除了管道振动

降低了凝结水系统耗电量。机组负荷在450MW以下时

凝结水泵耗电指标低于50%

节能显著。

Abstract

Such problems as large fluctuation of pressure in condensate header

mismatch of the pipe capacity for condensate recycling and the condensate water flow variation occurred during the operation of condensate system in 4×600 MW sub-critical air-cooled unit for Shaanxi Guohua Jinjie Energy Co.

Ltd.Thus

countermeasures like frequency conversion transformation were carried out.After the improvement

the pipe vibration was eliminated

and the electric consumption in condensate system was decreased.When the unit load was below 450 MW

the power consumption index of the condensate pump was lower than 50%.
