At present

most of the domestic circulating fluidized bed boilers(CFB)start up in the mode of up-bed and down-bed burner combining start-up.Because of the difficulty in controlling the parameters

the CFB boilers equipped with only high-power up-bed heavy oil burner easily slagged.Thus

the start-up process of a foreign boiler with heavy oil burner was analyzed

and the start-up method that increasing the feedwater temperature

decreasing the total air volume and controlling the main steam pressure were put forward.Furthermore

requirements for the primary air and secondary air

bed pressure

heating rate of the burner and coal input parameters during the boiler start-up process were also presented.
