摘要

依据伯努利方程的溯源推导

认为ASME PTC 4-2008《锅炉性能试验规程》中关于锅炉汽、水系统的压力损失修正计算方法欠妥

提出锅炉过热器、再热器和省煤器工质应遵循其能量平衡规律

建议目前暂不宜将锅炉过热器、再热器和省煤器的压降作为性能考核项目。

Abstract

On the basis of tracing the deviation of the Bernoulli equations

the ASME PTC4-2008 correction calculation method for pressure loss in boiler steam and water system was considered improper.It proposed that fluid in the superheater

reheater and economizer should follow the law of energy balance.Suggestions that it is better not regard the pressure drop in superheater

reheater and economizer as the performance evaluation index were put forward.
