摘要

按照国家法规关于"热电共享、公平负担"的要求

对燃气-蒸汽联合循环热电厂建设成本和运营中的燃料成本按年费用进行合理热电分摊

提出了分摊和验算方法

并提供了相关计算公式。推荐采用冷源法进行燃气-蒸汽联合循环机组的热电成本分摊。

Abstract

The current methods for cost allocation of gas-steam combined cycle cogeneration need to be updated

according to the relative national regulations' requirements.To conduct reasonable allocation of gas-steam combined cycle cogeneration power plant construction cost and operation cost of fuel in the annual cost

the calculation method and the relative formulae were put forward..The cold source method was suggested.
