介绍了300MW机组无启动汽源冷态启动存在问题

在机组启动过程中通过对汽包壁温差和锅炉侧疏水流量、锅炉燃烧和汽温汽压、尾部烟道再燃烧等关键参数的控制

避免了机组无启动汽源启动时容易出现的各类问题

保证了机组的顺利启动。

Abstract

The dangerous points of cold state start-up of a 300 MW unit without start-up steam were introduced.Through control of the key parameters(such as the drum wall temperature difference

drainage flow at the boiler side

steam temperature and pressure and reburning of the flue gas in tail duct)during the unit start-up

the problems easily occurred during the unit start-up with no start-up steam can be avoided

which ensures successful start-up of the unit.
