Influence of calcination temperature on Mn-Cu/TiO2 catalyst for low temperature selective catalytic reduction of NO with NH3
The Mn-Cu/TiO2 prepared by sol-gel method was studied for low temperature selective catalytic reduction(SCR)of NO with NH3.Effects of calcination temperature on catalytic activity of the Mn-Cu/TiO2 catalysts were investigated and discussed. Moreover
properties of the catalysts were characterized by several ways like the N2-BET test
XRD analysis
H2-TPR and NH3-TPD test methods. It was found that the catalyst acclimated at 400 ℃ had the best SCR activity and SO2 resistance performance.Large specific surface area
strong interaction between active components and TiO2
good redox ability and high NH3 adsorption capacity might be the major reasons for the excellent performance of this catalyst.
