Numerical study on heat transfer and flow resistant characteristics of supercritical water in internally ribbed tubes
The heat transfer and flow characteristics of supercritical water in vertical internally-ribbed tubes with different structural parameters were numerically studied.Especially
the effects of spiral rising angle
rib width and rib height on the heat transfer and flow characteristics of supercritical water were investigated. The results show that
the heat transfer coefficient and fiction resistance coefficient increase with the decreasing spiral rising angle
while the rib width has a weak influence on the heat transfer and fiction resistance. As the relative rib height increases
the flow turbulent intensity increases
leading to an increase in heat transfer coefficient and fiction resistance coefficient to a certain extent.According to the thermal-hydraulic performance evaluation criterion
the influence of structural parameters is in such an order:the spiral rising angle
