A series of V2O5-WO3/TiO2-diatomite catalysts were prepared using activative solution impregnation method. On catalyst performance evaluation test bench
the effect of diatomite dosing(0
30%
40%
50%)on de-NOx performance of the SCR catalyst was investigated
and the microstructure of the catalyst was studied by surface area analysis
scanning electron microscope analysis and other methods. The results show that adding appropriate amount of diatomite into the carrier of TiO2 can enlarge the surface area and overall pore volume of the catalysts
thus to improve the dispersion of active element on the surface of the carrier. When the proportion of the diatomite reached 30%
the NO removal rate of the prepared catalyst increased to the highest and their stability in high temperature zone was the best. The activity temperature ranged between 275℃and 375℃
within which the NO removal rate ranged from 85.8%to 87.1%
meanwhile
about 30% of the TiO2 material costs can be saved.
