摘要

利用三元相图分析了准东地区高钠煤煤灰的相图特征以及准东高钠煤(南露天矿煤)与低钠煤(将军戈壁煤)掺混后煤灰熔融特性的变化

并对南露天矿煤及其高比例混煤做出结渣性预测。通过一维火焰炉试验验证了三元相图的分析结果

得出南露天矿煤为极易结渣煤种

其掺混比例≥70%时混煤结渣状况严重

推荐南露天矿煤的最大掺烧比例为60%。

Abstract

By ternary phase diagram method

the phase diagram characteristics of Zhundong coal with high sodium content was analyzed

the ash fusibility of Zhndong coal blending with low sodium content coal was investigated

and the slagging characteristics of the bending coals were predicted.The results of ternary phase diagram was verified by one-dimensional furnace test

the results indicate that the Zhundong coal with high sodium content has very high slaging risk and the recommended proportion ratio of Zhundong coal is 60%.
