摘要

为了研究变压器油在老化过程中界面张力的变化规律及超标后的解决措施

对新油进行了不同温度的开口杯老化试验

对超标变压器油进行了不同比例的混油试验及不同吸附剂的再生处理试验。结果表明:无论在变压器油老化反应的初期或后期

界面张力都可以敏感地表征油中老化产物的含量

在油质监督过程中应加强对界面张力的测定;当界面张力超标后

用强极性吸附剂再生或换油都是最彻底的解决措施

但因换油成本较高

且不利于节能环保

不宜作为首选的处理方式。

Abstract

In order to investigate the changing rules of transformer oil interfacial tension during its aging process and find solutions to treat this unqualified oil

open-cup aging experiments for fresh oil were conducted at different temperatures.The mixing-oil test for unqualified oil with different ratios to fresh oil

and regeneration experiments for the unqualified oil with different amounts of adsorbents were carried out as well.The results show that

the interfacial tension is sensitive to indicate the oxidations content in oil not only in the initial stage of the aging process but also in the later stage

meaning the supervision of interfacial tension should be enhanced during oil monitoring process.When the interfacial tension exceeds the standard value

changing or regenerating the unqualified oil can solve the problem thoroughly.However

due to its high cost and no good at energy conservation and environmental protection

changing oil is not the best way.
