Abstract
Through analysis and comparison of domestic and foreign research progress of effects of alkali/alkaline earth metal on coal pyrolysis
the existing research methods and current problems are summarized
and the development direction of the future coal catalytic pyrolysis technology is proposed. The results show that
due to the limited contact area
the catalyst can not play the optimal performance by using the mechanical mixing method. The ion exchange method and impregnation method can make the catalyst play better catalytic properties
but the operation process is complex
and the catalyst is not easy to be recycled
so the use of natural alkali/alkaline earth metal in coal catalytic pyrolysis is the future development direction of coal pyrolysis technology. The sequential extraction method has limitations and the research results are controversial. With the help of the special selective complexing ability of crown ether with alkali/alkaline earth metal
the influence of inherent single alkali/alkaline earth metal on coal pyrolysis is researched
and laying a foundation for the natural alkali/alkaline earth metal in coal catalytic pyrolysis technology development.
