摘要

为研究反压力抽汽式汽轮机(BEST)热力系统与常规热力系统的区别

基于某超超临界1 000MW二次再热机组的设计计算

采用EBSILON软件建立其热力系统模型;分别采用遗传算法和枚举法对焓升分配和再热蒸汽压力进行优化计算

并对2种系统进行对比。结果表明

BEST热力系统大幅度降低了抽汽过热度

降低了再热蒸汽的高过热度对回热系统的影响

使回热焓升的分配更加均匀;由于系统循环特性的变化

BEST系统中一部分蒸汽不进入再热器

从而使最佳再热蒸汽压力高于常规系统。

Abstract

In order to investigate the difference in thermal system between the back pressure extraction steam turbine(BEST) and the regular system

a complete system model was built with the EBSILON software

on the basis of design calcualtion of a supercritical 1 000 MW unit with double-reheat cycle. Moreover

the genetic algorithm and enumeration algorithm were applied to optimize the enthalpy rise distribution and reheat steam pressure

and the optimized results were compared between the two systems. The result shows that

the BEST system decreased the superheat degree of the extracted steam and weakened the influence of reheat cycle on the regenerative cycle

which made the enthalpy rise distribution more even.Due to changes of the system's cyclic property

part of the steam in the BEST system will not enter into the reheater

thus the optimized reheat pressure will be higher than that in the regular system.
