摘要

针对污水污泥这种高水分废弃物的特点，研究了杭州四堡污水污泥在深床层低风速流化床中的失重、直径和密度的变化过程，水分蒸发和挥发分析出过程，污泥水分、床温和过量空气系数对ＮＯｘ和ＳＯ２的影响，最后介绍了６５ｔ／ｄ污泥流化床的设计情况。该炉子１９９７年１１月开始投入运行，运行情况良好。

Abstract

According to the property of high water content in sewage sludge

the following researches on Sibao sewage sludge are dried out: weight loss

variation of diameter and density

water evaporation

devolatilization in deep level of low velocity fluidized bed

and effects of sludge water content

bed temperature and excessive air coefficient on NOx and SO2 emission. Then the design of 65 t/d sewage sludge fluidized bed is introduced

which was put into operation on Nov. 1997 and had a good operation record.
