在气体封闭绝缘开关设备(GIS)局部放电特高频(UHF)在线检测中
内置UHF耦合器正在得到越来越多的实际应用。因此针对轴对称结构的GIS内置UHF耦合器
试验研究了其局部放电传感的灵敏度问题。并建立了GIS试验模型
基于频谱分析仪和同步扫频信号发生器的频域测量系统
通过对比内置耦合器在接收扫频信号时产生的插入损耗
分析了耦合器结构参数变化对传感灵敏度的影响。测量结果表明:内置耦合器的直径应当与手孔直径相配合
较大直径的手孔和较小直径的耦合器搭配可增加耦合灵敏度
而当耦合器的直径接近于手孔直径时则会导致灵敏度显著降低;此外
将耦合电极和其绝缘支撑固定在手孔盖板上的金属螺栓也会导致传感灵敏度的显著降低。
Abstract
The internal ultra-high frequency(UHF) couplers are getting more and more practical application for the on-line partial discharge monitoring in gas insulated switchgear(GIS). Because of this
the internal UHF couplers with axially symmetric structure are experimentally investigated on its partial discharge detection sensitivity. A GIS test model is established based on the spectrum analyzer and a swept frequency signal generator
and the influence of the dimensions of the coupler on the sensitivity is analyzed by comparing the insert loss of the couplers with different dimensions. The results show that the diameter of the coupler should match that of the hand-hole. A relatively larger-diameter hand-hole with a smaller-diameter coupler will improve the sensitivity
while opposite effect will be obtained if the diameter of the coupler is close to that of the hand-hole. Besides
a remarkable decline will be seen on the sensitivity if the electrode and its insulation support is fixed on the cover of the hand-hole using metal bolts.
