Hybrid Islanding Detection Strategy Suitable for Different Operating Conditions of Multi-control Inverters
The hybrid detection method is designed to realize the coordination between active and passive methods
which aims to reduce the disturbance of system and the non-detection zone. But most of the hybrid detection methods are basically suitable for a single control strategy
and can not be applied to the multi-control inverters which are variable in the operating conditions and flexible to switch the control strategies. In order to improve the applicability of the hybrid detection method to multi-control inverters and supplement the existing theoretical analysis of non-detection zone under droop control strategy
this paper firstly derives the non-detection zones of over/under-voltage detection method and over/under-frequency detection method under current control strategy
power control strategy
and droop control strategy
and forms the dual non-detection zones. Then the corresponding feedback disturbance detection methods are designed for different control strategies
and the feedback disturbance objects and coefficients are determined adaptively according to the actual operating conditions. Finally
the feedback disturbance detection method is combined with the dual non-detection zones to form the hybrid islanding detection method which adapts to multiple control strategies
and the advantages of the proposed islanding detection method are verified by simulation for different control strategies in reducing disturbance to the system
improving islanding detection efficiency and enhancing the adaptability of operating conditions.
