Research on Motion Parameters of Electromagnetic Repulsion Mechanism Based on Multi-field Coupling
Theoretical modeling and simulation experiments are used to deeply research the multi-physical field coupling of electromagnetic repulsion mechanism(ERM) and its influence in product designs. The motion parameters of typical ERM are modeled by multi-field coupling which takes the temperature field as the medium
moreover
the multi-field coupling effects of electric field
magnetic field
temperature field and stress field are overall analyzed. Firstly
the accuracy of the simulation model is verified by experiments. Secondly
the differences between sequential coupling and direct coupling are compared and analyzed
the influences of multi-field coupling on the motion parameters of ERM during single motion are summarized. Finally
the variations of motion parameters of ERM in different environments and working conditions are analyzed through the simulation of multi-field coupling. The simulation results show that the influence of temperature field can be ignored during single motion. The influences of temperature field on the motion parameters such as peak value of repulsion and peak value of velocity are more than 5% under complex conditions. As the temperature rises
the safety factor of the mechanism decreases by 18%
and the overrun of temperature has great impact on the life of the mechanism. The research in this paper is of great significance to the accuracy and reliability of the research on the motion parameters and the life of the mechanism under complex working conditions.
