柔性耐火电缆的耐火安全性能研究

Research on Fire Safety Performance of Flexible Fire Resistant Cable

  • 摘要: 随着电力系统的发展,行业对电缆耐火安全性能的要求不断提高。文中深入研究了柔性耐火电缆的耐火安全性能,并对主流耐火电缆的执行标准和耐火试验方法进行对比,为后续研究提供了理论基础。通过对比柔性耐火电缆耐火试验中缆芯内部温度、高温绝缘电阻、内部压力、耐火电缆载流量和电缆表面温度等的变化,综合各项研究成果,提出了针对性建议,以提升柔性耐火电缆的耐火安全性能,为电缆设计和选型提供参考。

     

    Abstract: With the development of power system, the requirements for fire safety performance of cables are constantly increasing. Fire safety performance of flexible fire-resistant cables were developed, mainstream fireresistant cable implementation standards and fire-resistant test methods were compared, and providing a theoretical basis for subsequent research. Next, internal temperature, high-temperature insulation resistance, internal pressure, fire-resistant cable current carrying capacity, and cable surface temperature during the fire resistance test of flexible fire-resistant cables were studied and compared. Based on the comprehensive research results, targeted suggestions are proposed to improve the fire safety performance of flexible fire-resistant cables, providing reference for cable design and selection.
