Abstract:
With the development of 5G, smart elevator applications bring safer, information smooth, smart screen interaction and other upgrade experiences for people taking the elevator, and all of these need to achieve full coverage of elevator 5G signals. Based on the existing wire and cable in elevator and overhead crane equipment, a new type of traveling communication photoelectric composite cable for elevator and overhead crane was developed by integrating optical unit structure, developing flexible sheath material and improving extrusion technology.Compared with conventional cables in original elevator and overhead crane, the developed composite cable could meet the higher signal transmission rate in the elevator and overhead crane equipment, better protect internal signal unit in the process of long-term reciprocating movement, and improve service life of the product, which could help the intelligent development of elevator and overhead crane industry.
