摘要: 通过对比分析国内外近10部海底电缆(以下简称海缆)施工的相关技术标准,比较不同标准对海缆敷设、海缆保护和海缆抢修要求的异同,发现不同标准对海缆施工的要求差别较大,有待进一步统一和完善。基于分析提出以下建议:国内相关标准通常会提供具体的技术参数以实现施工控制,但是国外标准是采用基于风险评估的海缆施工控制方法确定相关技术参数,更具合理性和灵活性。此外,目前关于海缆交越的技术标准较少,还须开展相应研究,为海缆施工提供技术指导(引用文献15篇)。Abstract: By comparing and analyzing nearly 10 standards related to submarine power cable construction, the similarities and differences of standards for submarine cable laying, submarine cable protection and submarine cable repair were concluded. And the analysis found that different standards had different requirements for submarine cable construction. The requirements were quite different and need further unification and improvement. The following suggestions are obtained: Domestic specifications provide specific parameters for convenience of construction workers. Foreign specifications determine relevant technical parameters based on risk assessment methods, which are more reasonable and flexible. In addition, there are still few relevant standards for submarine cable crossing, and corresponding research needs to be carried out to provide technical guidance for submarine cable construction(15 references cited).
