中、高压电缆交联副产物的过滤

Filtration Device for Crosslinking Byproducts of Medium and High Volt age Cables

  • 摘要: 中、高压电缆的绝缘线芯在交联反应中会有交联副产物生成,一部分附着在绝缘屏蔽表面,一部分会在交联管道内壁形成焦垢。通过在冷却器风机的出口处安装过滤装置,过滤掉氮气中的气态交联副产物,消除绝缘屏蔽表面附着物,防止交联管道内壁生成焦垢,使绝缘屏蔽表面保持清洁、光亮。

     

    Abstract: The insulation core of medium and high voltage cables will always generate cross-linking byproducts in the cross-linking reaction. Some of them will be attached to the insulation shielding surface, and some of them will form coke scale on the inner wall of cross-linked pipes. By installing a filter device at the outlet of the cooler fan, the gas cross-linking byproducts in nitrogen will be filtered out, eliminating the adhesion on the insulation shielding surface,preventing coke formation on the inner wall of cross-linked pipes, keeping the insulation shielding surface clean and bright.
