Abstract: This paper introduces the existing flexible wire bending test methods in different product standards at medium and low temperature. Combined with the special requirements of customers, the test method of flexible wire bending performance at low temperature is developed. Considering the selection of conductor structure and insulating material, a new flexible wire product suitable for the dynamic bending test method at low temperature is developed.
