Abstract: The development process of 150℃halogen-free low smoke flame retardant lead-free vulcanizable ethylene propylene rubber was introduced. Lead-free stabilizer, halogen-free plasticizer, metal hydroxide flame retardant and other auxiliary materials were used to ensure that the finished wires meet the requirements of UL 758 / 2017 standard.
