火法精炼铜杆杂质分布对性能的影响

Influence of Impurity Distribution on the Performance of Copper Rod in Pyrorefining

  • 摘要: 介绍火法精炼铜杆工业化生产中,铜中杂质及氧的分布,采用现场生产试验的统计数据,研究铜中杂质分布对产品扭转性能等的影响。通过对成分、金相、能谱、电气、机械性能等试验的统计分析,找到合适的杂质分布与氧的精准配置工艺。

     

    Abstract: This paper introduces the distribution of impurities and oxygen in copper in the industrial production of fire refining copper rod, studies the distribution of impurities in copper and its influence on the torsional performance of the product by using the statistical data of field production test, and finds out the appropriate distribution of impurities and the precise configuration process of oxygen through the statistical analysis of composition, metallography, energy spectrum, electrical and mechanical performance tests.
