Abstract:
This paper focuses on the capacity configuration and operation strategy of hybrid energy storage in areas with a high proportion of new energy. Firstly,it outlines the technical, economic characteristics as well as configuration requirements of various types of energy storage. Subsequently,a hybrid energy storage dual layer optimization configuration model based on multi scenario stochastic programming and mixed integer linear programming is established to achieve fixed capacity location selection for hybrid energy storage. On this basis,an energy storage operation optimization model is established for market mechanisms such as auxiliary services and spot markets. Finally,a case study is conducted to verify and analyze the equivalent power system in a certain location. The results indicate that the hybrid energy storage optimization configuration and operation strategy model proposed in this article can effectively reduce the new energy curtailment rate and net load peak valley difference of regional power grids.
