基于主成分分析合作博弈的电网负荷智能预测方法研究

A Study on the Intelligent Load Forecasting Method of Power Grids Based on Principal Component Analysis and Cooperative Game

  • 摘要: 针对传统预测方法存在预测不准确、误差大的问题,提出一种基于主成分分析合作博弈的电网负荷智能预测方法。基于多分辨分析理论构建电网负荷预测参数模型,通过IGOA优化LSSVM的惩罚因子C和核函数参数δ2,得到更优的电网负荷参数;引入主成分分析合作博弈方法进行电网负荷智能预测。实验显示,采用该方法对数据进行拟合的图像更接近真实图像曲线,说明预测精度高,且误差较小,具有一定的优越性。

     

    Abstract: Aiming at the inaccuracy and large error in traditional forecasting methods,an intelligent forecasting method of power grid load based on principal component analysis cooperative game is proposed in this paper. The power grid load prediction parameter model is constructed based on the multiresolution analysis theory and the optimal grid load parameters are obtained through IGOA Optimizing the Punitive Factor C and Nuclear Function Parameters of LSSVM and the main component analysis cooperative game method is introduced for the intelligent grid load prediction. The experimental results show the image fitted by this method is closer to the real image curve,indicating that the prediction accuracy is high and the error is small,which has certain advantages.
