A New Islanding Detection Method for Reactive Power Disturbance

  • 摘要: 在分布式电源接入配电网规模逐渐增大的环境下,为减少正常并网时无功功率扰动向电网带来的电能质量影响,提高扰动情况下孤岛检测的精度。提出一种小波包模糊熵和无功功率扰动相结合的孤岛检测算法。该方法利用小波包变换和模糊熵对公共耦合点(point of common coupling,PCC)电压信号中孤岛状态的高频分量特征信息进行提取和放大,实现对疑似孤岛状态的标定;注入无功功率扰动使孤岛发生后的频率快速偏移直至越限。利用PSCAD和Matlab进行仿真和数据分析,对所提算法的准确性和抗干扰性进行仿真验证。结果表明:所提方法不仅能在多光伏接入配电网系统中准确检测出孤岛现象,还能有效地防止非孤岛扰动情况下发生误判。

     

    Abstract: At present, the scale of distributed power connected to the distribution network is increasing rapidly. To reduce the influence of reactive power disturbance on power quality during normal grid-connection and improve the accuracy of islanding detection under disturbance,this paper presents an islanding detection method based on wavelet packet fuzzy entropy and reactive power disturbance. The method uses the wavelet packet transform fuzzy entropy to extract and amplify the high-frequency component feature information of the islanding state in the voltage signal of the Point of common coupling(PCC),and completes the calibration of the suspected islanding state. After that,the reactive power disturbance is injected to make the frequency shift rapidly after the islanding occurs until the limit is exceeded. The simulation and data analysis are carried out by using PSCAD and Matlab to verify the accuracy and anti-interference of the proposed algorithm, and the simulation results show that the proposed method can accurately detect the islanding phenomenon in the multi photovoltaic access distribution network system and effectively prevent misjudgment under non islanding disturbance.
