Assessment of the Sag of Transmission Line Based on 3D Model Comparison

  • 摘要: 提出了一种基于三维模型比对的输电线路弧垂检测方法,以输电线路的激光点云和BIM设计模型为数据融合基础,首先对输电线路点云数据滤波分类,建立输电线路的激光点云模型,并将BIM设计模型转化为BIM点云模型;然后根据激光点云模型中一档距线路的固有特征将其定位到相应的BIM点云模型上,并提出改进的ICP算法实现激光点云模型和BIM点云模型间的精确匹配;最后通过模型间的比对获得弧垂检测结果。实验结果表明,所提算法具有无需人工干预、高效率和高精度的优点。

     

    Abstract: This paper proposes a method for the assessment of the sag of transmission line based on 3 D model comparison,which takes the laser point cloud data and BIM design model of the transmission line as the base for data fusion. First,we classify the original transmission line point cloud,establish a laser point cloud model of the transmission line,and convert the BIM design model into a BIM point cloud model. Second,we locate the laser point cloud model on the corresponding BIM point cloud model based on the inherent characteristics of the transmission line. An improved ICP algorithm is proposed to realize the precise matching between the laser point cloud model and the BIM point cloud model. Finally,the assessment results of the sag is achieved by model comparison. The experimental results show that this algorithm is operated without manual intervention and has the advantages of high efficiency and precision.
